JDownloader - File-hosting-site orientated download manager
I love this application. If ever you want to download say, a group of files from rapidshare, then you know how troublesome it can be as the site constantly demands your attention and your time. This completely free and open source program eliminates the problem by automatically taking over these downloads and going through whatever list you give it itself.
It supports a plethora of hosting sites; most of which I haven't even heard of, and can also be merged with accounts on these sites should you have any. But even (and perhaps especially) if you don't, JDownloader just rocks.
